Workforce Development

Cal EPIC's Workforce Development program supports the clean mobility industry with a tailored approach of creating a labor pool of skilled workers to ensure that companies can hire the talent they need to help them grow. We seek to increase the workforce of the growing green energy industry by reducing barriers of entry. Our goal with this program is to provide priority communities equal access to training and employment opportunities.
